At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
